As a plastic surgeon, I get a lot of concerns about fat in unwanted places.

Most people think that the common problem areas are the abdomen, thighs, and hips.

Well, these are the most publicized areas of excess fat.

But if I were to choose the most underrated, it has to be those stubborn back fats that manifest as bra rolls.

You know, those fat bulges that appear on your armpits and back whenever you wear a bra, lingerie, or any other tight clothing.

But many women dismiss these fat rolls as a side effect of wearing ill-fitting bras. Instead, they think it’s just because they weren’t correctly measured before or that their boobs got squished by a bra that’s simply too small.

What they fail to consider is that if you have excess fats on your back, these bra rolls will always make an appearance even if you’re wearing the comfiest bra ever.

These bra rolls may not be as noticeable or as bothersome as your other body fats…

But seeing them peeking over and under your bra when you’re wearing tight-fitting clothes can drive you nuts!
