Celebrities no longer deny going under the knife, while procedures like Botox and dermal fillers have become part of many women’s beauty regimens.
Still, talking about plastic surgery can be a sticky subject — both for the patient and the people around them.
While more and more women are flaunting their transformations, some prefer to keep things low-key and private.
