Basic Plus Size Plastic Surgery Pricing Information

PLEASE NOTE:

At the High BMI Surgery in Miami, Dr. Nick Masri completes all procedures all himself. Unless specified otherwise, the prices outlined below typically include:

Hospital-stay (including overnight)
Anesthesia
Implants
Professional Fees

Individual requirements of each patient

Prices are honored for six months following a booking and initial deposit. Prescription drugs, and the cost of preoperative medical clearance may not be included. Please see below for our cosmetic surgery costs:

Tummy Tuck

Tummy tucks (including hour-glass tummy tucks) are known medically as abdominoplasty. Our tummy tuck includes skin excision, lipectomy, and muscle repair. Please note, (plus size) extended tummy tuck cost is likely to be on the higher end of the scale below.

Tummy tuck/plus size tummy tuck cost: $17,000 – $22,000

Breast Reduction

Known medically as mastopexy, Breast reduction at High BMI includes removal of skin and breast tissue. An overnight hospital stay is not included in the pricing listed below but is not typically required, thanks to a shorter recovery time.

Breast reduction Cost: $12,000 – $17,000

Breast Lift

Breast lifts (also known medically as mastopexy) include removal of skin and minimal breast tissue. Overnight hospital stays are not included in the pricing below, though they are not typically required.

Breast lift cost: $10,000 – $15,000

Liposuction

Liposuction procedure at High BMI involves the removal of excess fat from desired areas. The pricing below does not include post-operation compression garments or an overnight stay (not typically required).

Liposuction cost: $10,000 – $15,000

BBL

BBL (liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks) includes liposuction in multiple areas of the body and fat transfer. Post operation garments and overnight stay is not included (an overnight stay is not typically required).

BBL cost: $12,000 – $17,000

Arm Lift

Known medically as brachioplasty, during an arm lift excess fat and skin is removed from the upper part of the arm. An overnight stay for recovery is not required.

Arm lift cost: $10,000 – $15,000

Mommy Makeover

A mommy makeover is a combined procedure. This often involves a combination of procedures, which may include:

Breast lift and extended tummy tuck
Breast reduction and plus size tummy tuck
Arm lift and plus size tummy tuck

A mommy makeover may include a combination of any two procedures listed above.

Mommy makeover cost: $25,000 – $30,000

In-hospital Plastic Surgery

At High BMI, all plastic procedures are performed in a hospital. We recommend never trading a hospital for a plastic surgery clinic, even if a clinic offers lower prices. Below, we’ll explore the advantages of taking this route:

They’re better equipped than clinics.

Though complications are rare, plastic surger comes with risks, regardless of your surgeon’s expertise. Completing your cosmetic surgery in a hospital gives you the peace of mind that whatever happens, you’re surrounded by skilled practitioners and essential equipment—ready to assist should something happen. In other words, you’re in the safest environment possible for your surgery.

You can get general anesthesia without a hitch.

Most plastic surgeons use a combination of local anesthesia and intravenous sedation for their surgeries because they don’t have the necessary anesthesia equipment in their clinics. Typically, this practice is safe. But there have been cases of lidocaine toxicity among patients who were given an overdose of local anesthesia during their Procedure.

You have 24/7 access to post-operative care.

Plastic surgery clinics most often only do outpatient procedures. This means, when you get a breast augmentation in the morning, you’ll need to return that day to recuperate. Patients treated in a hospital have the option to stay overnight or until they feel ready to return home. Licensed medical and nursing staff can monitor your condition and attend to your needs better.
